The R0 maps produced by Arbocarto-v3 on different test sites show a good correspondance between the simulated R0 index to observed spatial and temporal trends. These R0 maps provide additional information for public health stakeholders, complementing other health data in the decision-making process. In addition, during the project, Arbocarto technical documentation was updated and data sets were produced for the different test sites. Two training sessions on the ARBOCARTO-V3 software were organized in Martinique and Montpellier, with a total of 38 participants. These user workshops also provided an opportunity to exchange views on the various uses of the tool and the desired developments. Finally, a number of communication initiatives were carried out.
